  • Visitors must book an appointment in advance through our website or email.

  • The temple location is private and will be shared only upon confirmed appointment.

  • The temple reserves the right to refuse entry or services to any individual at its sole discretion.

2. Official Address & Private Location

  • The address 4464 Lone Tree Way #2067, Antioch, CA 94531-7413 is the official office address for correspondence, mail, and legal purposes.

  • The actual temple is located in Brentwood, CA, in a private property and its address is shared only upon confirmed appointment.

3. Liability & Conduct

  • All visitors enter at their own risk — the temple is not responsible for personal injuries, lost belongings, or any incidents occurring during visits.

  • Visitors must follow all instructions given by temple authorities and maintain peaceful conduct.

  • Disruptive behavior, unauthorized recordings, or disrespectful actions will result in immediate removal.

4. Donations & Offerings

  • All donations are voluntary and tax-deductible under IRS 501(c)(3).

  • The temple does not charge fixed fees for pujas or services — donations are accepted at the visitor’s discretion.

  • The temple reserves the right to refuse or return any donation at its discretion.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Personal information shared for appointment bookings, donations, or inquiries will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties.

  • The temple reserves the right to modify or cancel appointments as necessary.

6. Right to Refuse Services

  • Sri Sri Annapurna Devi Mandir reserves the absolute right to deny entry, refuse services, or revoke an appointment to any individual at any time, at its sole discretion.

  • Reasons may include disruptive behavior, violation of temple guidelines, or any reason the temple deems necessary to maintain sanctity.

7. Legal Disclaimer

  • The temple operates as a private religious organization, and access is granted by invitation only.

  • Any legal disputes must be settled under California law in Contra Costa County courts.

  • The temple is not a public place of worship — it remains a private religious establishment under nonprofit legal protection.
